Can't remove line with arrow in excel spreadsheet

I received a spreadsheet from someone that has a line with an arrow that is pointing from one cell to another.  It doesn't appear to be a shape as I can't click on it to delete it.  I have attached a screenshot.

I was hoping someone could tell me what this is and how I can delete it.

Thanks!

It looks like it was a comment in a hidden cell.  I apologize for wasting your time... I am a little sleep deprived today!
