Wordpress Author page - shorten full posts

When I click on an author page (http://www.weddingshoneymoons.com/author/anthony-verombeck/) it shows the full posts.  How can I alter this page so it only shows the thumbnail, title and a few lines of the post?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Insert a "Read More" tag in the post where you want it to break.

I am referring to the Author page of the site.  This is not a post but what displays when someone goes to one of the author pages.  There must be a better way to do this in the code for the author page.
