I have microsoft office 2010 in our company and we have also Windows Server 2008 with Exchange. Our company want to share their calendars with another company in USA and Singapore.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Depending on the level of access they need for the "calendar sharing" you may have your work cut out, but if all they need to do is be able to view each others calendars, and your infrastructure is already setup for external access to your exchange boxes, I'd imagine you could get by by simply enabling internet calendar publishing.
As long as all the Exchange orgs are 2010, you can do this with Federation.
Then just set the level of sharing you prefer.

Thanks that is great information.

In the other hand although since our exchange is hosted on-premises, I am not familiar with the steps needed to federate an Office 365 domain. Do you know how can I do that?
