Is Veeam (trial) available for download for skill development or is it just available for Corporate use only?

I tried to register on Veeam's site to get a trial download for the purpose of building up my skills, but as I was registering, it would not allow for me to enter in my personal email. It mentioned that a corporate email account is needed. As a result, I cannot create an account.

Does anyone have this problem? How can I download a trial of Veeam?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I've never had a problem, but they probably want a non, gmail, hotmail, or yahoo account, so they can use it for Marketing Purposes, this is very common.

Do you not have another email address you could use ?

I've just looked and it states you can use Facebook, Google+ or LinkedIn ?

It also states Public email is not allowed.

see my EE Article of other Backup Apps
Yes, this is not possible on the website for Veeam Availability Suite,

Free and Trail bits are the same, the license file regulates features.

Backup & Replication

ONE for complete visibility

Hope this works for you.

Where can I get a business email address to use temporarily to get these downloads?
Andrew Hancock (VMware vExpert / EE MVE^2)VMware and Virtualization ConsultantCommented:
Why not email Veeam, and ask them, and tell them you only have a public email address, but you would still like to evaluate their product.

It does not take very long, to register a domain name, and then setup an email forward to you public email address!

I already did contact Veeam, but the only answer they gave me was an apology, and they cannot do it for me.

Create a Domain Forwarder. It seems they do not want your business.
