virtual host available to local network

Hi,

I have a virtual host working on my ubuntu server 14.04. the site is testing.com, how i can make available the testing.com to the entire local network. any idea?

you would have to add "ipaddress testing.com"  to the hosts file of every machine that you want to connect to it since you can't be authoritative for testing.com

how i do that in a system that the host can't be modified, like an ipad?

Then you can't.. such is the pitfalls of using something that you do not own.
