Mark rows with matching data
If columns D + H (name of position + hiring company) exist on multiple rows (insensitive to capitalization and punctuation), then mark the rows with a background color. This can't be done in Excel because the sheet is shared and needs to be scripted in the Google spreadsheet here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/17LeToNWtIC5uqo8QnXsDHYof7cisAakKct2ZBtK6QfU/edit#gid=0
