I have been to both of those links. There is no &quot;Apple Software Update&quot; program to run on Windows, it is a downloaded zip file that contains a setup.exe file and the drivers that needs to be run on the Windows install. Which is fine. <br />

I guess I was trying to answer the question if it was necessary to update anything on the OSX side before updating the Windows side. But, I finally came to the conclusion that the 2 OS's do not interact since it is a dual boot environment (as opposed to Fusion, Windows on top of OSX) so the only drivers that need updated are the Windows drivers.<br />
