Widths of divs using Bootstrap 3

Hello all,

I'm working on a site using a template that uses Bootstrap 3.   I'm used to bootstrap 2, but am not completely sure about how to handle the markup in Bootstrap 3.

Here's a link to the page where I need some help....Image has too much "padding" on the right....

There is an image with the headline starting with "A Personal Message from Dr...."

To the right of the image there is too much "padding".  I assume the padding is handled somehow with elements from the below boostrap markup???

<div class="col-md-5 col-sm-6 about-img">

Appreciate any help and explanation so I can understand this going forward.

I would change col-md-5 col-sm-6 to col-lg-offset-1. When you set it to col-md-5 col-sm-6 you are forcing the image container to be a certain width that is a percentage of the total. But the image width is fixed so the remaining space will display as a gap. col-lg-offset-1 will push the whole block to the right by 1 unit for large displays.
<div class="row">
<div class="col-lg-offset-1 about-img"><img title="" style="float: left;" src="/images/bobbyandxrays-new.jpg" id="" class="img-responsive " alt=""></div>

Thanks Tom,

That fixed it.  Since this is my first Bootstrap 3 site, I need to learn about these settings!
