E-Mailing to Fax Numbers

In an Office 365 environment, one end user is unable to successfully send an e-mail to fax-numbered e-mail addresses.  The format of such e-mail addresses is 18005555555@something.com.

But, the strange thing is that her co-workers are able to successfully e-mail to these fax-numbered e-mail addresses.

The end user receives no error messages.  It's just that the recipient does not receive the e-mails.

Is there a setting of some sort that is preventing this one user from e-mailing to fax numbers?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Was the user able to do this before?  Some services require you to register the "from" email address in their system before they allow it to send.
