2003 Domain Contollers P2V for testing

Hello Experts,

I Just P2Ved two of my 2003 domain controllers for testing, as I'm about to upgrade to 2012-R2. All went well until I loaded them into Hyper-V to start the test upgrade. Both VM DC's will not connect to the network, I cant even do a successful IPCONFIG or ping. The original production servers before P2V are HP BL460C's

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Did you install the Integration Tools for Hyper-V, so you have a Network Interface?

Check Device Manager, any missing hardware or drivers!

Hello All,

I ended up installing Integration Tools for Hyper-V and removing all HP and McAfee software in-particular the "end point intelligence agent".
