win 7 64 bit - Windows cannot verify the digital sig .... (new install win 7 on lots of drivers )

Hi,

Factory reinstall of op sys via recovery partition and I noticed a few driver errors in dev manager. Toshia satellite pro Laptop.

Ive no NIC and no wireless so I installed and known good usb to Ethernet adapter ... same prob :-(

The time is correct on the clock

Anyone got a clue what to do next

you can download the drivers on another PC - then bring them over to this one, using an USB stick
what system is this - or mobo model ?

normally you find these at Toshiba site : http://support.toshiba.com/drivers

for lan drivers - maybe this one works : https://www.atheros.cz/atheros-wireless-download.php?chipset=49&system=5

Its not a driver issue I think these are known good drivers (at least the Belkin one is )
Fresh reinstall of windows via image.

Windows driver signature over sensitivity .... go away windows panic / how to switch that off

This worked for one boot but same on reboot

f8 > disable driver sig enforcement or whatever It says ..http://www.mydigitallife.info/force-load-unsigned-drivers-in-test-mode-easily-in-windows-7-or-vista-with-driver-signature-enforcement-overrider/

How to get windows to stop doing this every boot. .. ..
