how are the interfaces on the netapp configured?  If it's a port group (lacp) or multi you'll have to match it on the switch.

can you provide the rc file output from the Netapp?

If you replaced the switch you will need to configure two lacp port channels (HP calls them trunks)  Once you created the lacp groups you need to allow VLAN 899 as it looks like you have it on this vlan.

If you have two controllers you'll need to do the same on both.

Were you able to resolve this on the HP switch?  If you need help let me know, you can always use the serial port or ssh/telnet and use the menu based options to configure, it's fairly straightforward
