Convert Windows Server 2012 r2 Standard retail to MSDN edition

I've installed Windows Server 2012 r2 Standard on a couple of physical servers. As far as know they have been activated using KMS. However because they are in a UAT domain it looks like we might have to use MSDN. Is there are why to convert these or do I have to do a reinstall?

A productive license can be used for anything, the MSDN one is restricted to certain purposes, and more, to the MSDN license holder (UAT and demo purposes are allowed for use by others, though).

So if you have proper licences for the server (if required, this included CALs), you do not need to do anything.

Ok so even though these servers have activated using KMS with production licenses having the MSDN licenses should be good enough in case of an audit. The servers may be using licenses they shouldn't be. I was only told after the activation msdn product key licenses should have been entered during the install.

You cannot convert the license, so reinstall is required, as said by saige.
