Hi, I have 2 sites in my Exchange Organisation which are site A and site B. Both sites have their own DAG.
I have to decommission the Site B which have a DAG and its members are Mailbox servers from site B only. One of the Mailbox server also have the Public Folder Database which have few Public Folder and one of the Mailbox database also have few users. These PF and mailboxes are no longer required and can be removed. I have already stopped the services and have seen no impact from users end.

can some please let me know the steps I have to follow to decommission these server?

Start the services again and either remove or replicate the public folders to another server. Remove the server from the DAG and drop the databases.
Then remove the server using add/remove programs. Simple as that.

Does I have to do anything with Cluster after removing the servers from DAG?

No.
Removing the server from the DAG should clean up the cluster.
