the same AppleId on the two iphone mobile phones

we have two iphone mobile phones, one of them is iphone 4s and other one is iphone 6s so when I used the iphone4s,I was using an AppleID and password but then when we get the second iphone 6s mobile phone for my wife,we have continued to use the same AppleID and password for the new iphone so that means,the same AppleId and password are being used on these two iphone mobile phones so in this case, all the updates,icloud and so on don't work on the new iphone mobile..how do we solve this problem?

I think the best way is that to create a second AppleId for other iphone mobile phone..same AppleId always causes the various problems in the future but I don't have any idea how to create a AppleId and is there any problem to create an new AppleId because the second iphone is already using an AppleID like information lost or program lost,something like that

Yes @Teoman Sahin you are right using different ID is best way you can avoid sync. problem and iCloud problem also to avoid same ID. Some time its causes duplicate apps problem also in same ID
