Company IF(AND) Statement in Excel

I have Cells N7, P7, R7 AND T7.
Either N7, P7 or T7 should contain the letter X.
Cell M8 should test for the existence of X in N7, P7, or  T7.
If only N7 is checked M8 should contain the value of O7 which is text with the word Pure and a space in front of the text value of O7.
If only P7 is checked, M8 should contain the value of Q7 which is text with the word Pure and a space in front of the text value of Q7. R7 should not be checked by itself.
If T7 is checked, M8 should contain the value of U7 which is text.
When R7 is checked in conjunction with N7, M8 should contain the value of S7 which is text with the letter d at the end of the text value of S7 a space and the value of O7 which is text.
When R7 is checked in conjunction with P7, M8 should contain the value of S7 which is text with the letter d at the end of the text value of S7 a space and the value of Q7 which is text.
N7 and P7 should never both be checked together.
I have attached a file with a partially working formula in M8.

Well, the structure has changed slightly but your answer has sent me in the rights direction.  Thanks.
