Where are the file locations to set up Event Subscription (log server) in Server 2012 R2

I am looking to create batch files to create event subscription (log server) via registry or windows files and cannot find where these are located.  I can find where the logs are stored but Anyone know where these registry settings or windows files are for subscription services????  on Windows Server 2012 R2.    When you set up a subscription where is the info stored in windows???     I have a baseline 2012 R2 image and need to set up a vbs script or batch file to automatically set up the subscription server so that the end user does not need to go through the installation process.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
