How do I add links to button classes

Please look at this page in development: Button classes need links

I'm doing this site in Twitter Bootstrap 3 (if that makes any difference...)

If you scroll down you'll see a row of 4 icons, with some text and golden "Read More" buttons.

I am trying to add links to those buttons, but my content management editor doesn't like what I add and strips them out.  So I am assuming I am doing something "illegal".

Here's a snippet of html code for that section:
<div class="col-sm-6 col-md-3 text-center services-block">
  <i class="fa fa-car fa-3x" style="color:green"></i>
    <a href="index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=103&catid=2&Itemid=257" title="Car Accident">Car Accident Injury</a>
    Whiplash happens in motor vehicle accidents, sporting activities, accidental falls, and assault.
  <a href="index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=103&catid=2&Itemid=257" title="Car Accident"> </a>
  <button class="btn btn-danger">
    Read More

Open in new window

I want the link to be for the "Read More" text.   Any suggestions on how to do this?

You can replace <button class="btn btn-danger"> with <a href="index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=103&amp;catid=2&amp;Itemid=257" class="btn btn-danger">...
and add a additional css class for
a.btn-danger { /*or a.btn*/
font-size: 14px;
font-weight: 400;
color: white;

Open in new window

also consider replicate the style for a:hover and a:active to mimic the style of the initial button
