Edit .arf recording
I did a .arf recording using WebEx Recorder. I would like to remove the first minute of the recording.
Tried doing it using WebEx Recorder but it turns out that it only edits .wrf files.
Then I found this link which pointed to an Article, which unfortunately is a broken link.

Can someone please help me with this. If I need some converters to convert it to another format would appreciate if you could point me to some free software which could do that.
The size of the .arf file is around 50MB and it is a 12 minute recording.
Thank You

I can convert arf to wmv but the audio is always out of sync and video resolution degrades. I'm betting Cisco can fix it but doesn't so people are forced to use WebEx.
Any ideas to convert arf to wmv without lowering quality?

I have converted the .arf file to .mp4. The resultant mp4 has both audio and video.
I had a look at ffmeg, it seems to have the ability to convert files to another format (for instance to .avi). How can I use this capability to cut some part of the mp4 video?
