Windows 7 SP1 install error

I'm trying to install Windows 7 SP1 on a Windows 7 Pro x64 installation but it fails. The CBS log reports...

Failed to find file: amd64_microsoft-windows-f..rcluster-powershell_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17514_none_f273f11a257acc7b\FailoverClusters.psd1 [HRESULT = 0x80070002 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND]

I have run SFC /SCANNOW and then reran the SP1 install and it still fails at the same point.   What can I do to fix this?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
