Is there any way that whenever user sends an email with attachment from outlook 2013 the attachment should go as SharePoint URL without using any third party software. Please advice

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

if you have a documents in a SharePoint library, right click the document and copy url.  You can then paste the copied url into an email to a user.

You can also build the link to a document using SharePoint designer.
