Can't Manage or Uninstall Exchange 2013 on Server 2012 R2

I am having a problem managing my Exchange 2013 install. When I try to navigate to https://MYSERVER/ecp, it lets me log in but then will error out with "X-FEServer: MYSERVER." I thought to try to uninstall, then reinstall, but when I do, I receive the following:

This mailbox database contains one or more mailboxes, mailbox plans, archive mailboxes, public folder mailboxes or arbitration mailboxes. To get a list of all mailboxes in this database, run the command Get-Mailbox -Database <Database ID>. To get a list of all mailbox plans in this database, run the command Get-MailboxPlan. To get a list of archive mailboxes in this database, run the command Get-Mailbox -Database <Database ID> -Archive. To get a list of all public folder mailboxes in this database, run the command Get-Mailbox -Database <Database ID> -PublicFolder. To get a list of all arbitration mailboxes in this database, run the command Get-Mailbox -Database <Database ID> -Arbitration. To disable a non-arbitration mailbox so that you can delete the mailbox database, run the command Disable-Mailbox <Mailbox ID>. To disable an archive mailbox so you can delete the mailbox database, run the command Disable-Mailbox <Mailbox ID> -Archive. To disable a public folder mailbox so that you can delete the mailbox database, run the command Disable-Mailbox <Mailbox ID> -PublicFolder. Arbitration mailboxes should be moved to another server; to do this, run the command New-MoveRequest <parameters>. If this is the last server in the organization, run the command Disable-Mailbox <Mailbox ID> -Arbitration -DisableLastArbitrationMailboxAllowed to disable the arbitration mailbox. Mailbox plans should be moved to another server; to do this, run the command Set-MailboxPlan <MailboxPlan ID> -Database <Database ID>. It was running the command 'Remove-MailboxDatabase 'CN=Mailbox Database 1224728414,CN=Databases,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=First Organization,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=MYDOMAIN,DC=local' -whatif'.

I ran the commands and received no output which I assume means that there are no mailboxes associated with that database. How do I get rid of this? I really need to reinstall.

Did you tried my article:
http://www.experts-exchange.com/articles/12324/How-to-Remove-First-or-Default-Exchange-2010-Database.html

It is for 2010, applicable to 2013 also. You might need to run this command

Set-AdServerSettings -ViewEntireForest $True

Read my KB, you will get all required steps.

Hi,

as it says, there are some mailboxes that are automatically created, and need to be  deleted before you can delete exchange database and exchange itself.

This mailbox database contains one or more mailboxes, mailbox plans, archive mailboxes, public folder mailboxes or arbitration mailboxes

To list Arbitration mailboxes..
Get-Mailbox -Arbitration |ft Name, Servername
Then to delete, run command for each mailbox
Disable-Mailbox “SystemMailbox{<guid that you get for each mailbox>}” -Arbitration -DisableLastArbitrationMailboxAllowed

After that, delete mailbox database with..
Remove-MailboxDatabase “<Mailbox Database name>″

To list mailbox database on server, run..
Get-MailboxDatabase -Server <server name>

Regards,
ivan.
