Acrobat reader X and XI

where can i download these versions?
all download sites connect to the adobe site - which only offers the DC reader, which i don't want
reason on the right side there 's a panel taking up space on my screen - and i can't switch it off

oh yes - i'm running windows 7 32 and 64 bit!

just click on tools and it will disappear :)

 I usually use this link for adobe reader downloads X, XI, DC - latest version no McAffie.

Click the little right-facing triangle in the center of the bar next to the scrollbar:

To get it back, click Tools, then Document:

Or - to bring it back - you can click on triangle again -  :) on the right side of scroll.
I overlooked DC in my previous post.

Good question! Recent "upgrades" in many products have been downgrades in user friendliness, imo.
