Configure MySQL on LInux

MySQL has been installed on ServerA. How can ServerB be configured such that I can run mysql statement on ServerB and return the result from ServerA. Any guideline is appreciate.

Command to connect to required sql server form same or different hostnames:
$ /bin/echo "SELECT TABLE_NAME FROM information_schema.tables;" | /usr/bin/mysql --user=root --password='password' --host=$REQUIREDHOSTNAME

Commands to install mysql server at CentOs Linux
If password known for root user
/usr/bin/yum install mysql-server
/sbin/service mysqld start
