I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In design, right click the line in the chart. Select 'Series Properties...', then Markers. Set Marker type to Circle. Marker size to 8pt. Marker color to White. Marker border width to 2pt and Maker border color to 'Cornflower Blue'.
I think this will give you a good starting point for the look you want.

In the properties window (not the properties dialog) you can even specify an image for the marker.
