In IE11, how can I tell if I'm in compatibility mode

In previous versions of IE, F12 would show if I'm in compatibility mode.  I can't find it there now.  Some sites set for compatibility mode are done through group policy, so I can't rely on just looking in my compatibility view settings list.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In IE 11, click the gear at the top right then F12 Developer Tools.  The Developer Tools window will tell you what version of IE11 is being using.  Look at the first icon in the group of icons to the right in the Tool Bar (it has a down caret) and will tell you Edge (meaning IE11) or a number.  The number is the version of IE being used by that webpage.
