SCCM 2012 R2 - Package Deployment - Message ID 10035 Waiting for Content

Hello

I am using SCCM 2012 R2 to deploy a package that installs the latest Citrix Receiver.  This has been deployed to a collection with approx 55 computers.  Most have completed successfully, however 6 of these clients are showing as "In Progress" with a message ID of 10035 Waiting for content.

Each of the clients are on the same subnet and should be in the same IP Address range boundary in SCCM.  That boundary is inside a boundary group, that only contains a single boundary, and has a DP attached, which is again in the same IP Range.

I've double checked the DP and it has the package on it.

Any idea what could be stopping the 6 clients from getting the package?

Thanks in advance

99 % there is no boundary for these machines.

I know you have checked it still as a TEST, create a new IP range boundary for these 5-6 machines and assign it a boundary group and link it to a DP which you think is the best.

Refresh the policy on these machines after few minutes . If it works then there you need to check the boundaries again.

Can I create a boundary that contains an IP Range that is already used in another boundary?

The addresses of the 5 machines are between 172.26.208.125 and 172.26.208.136

The boundary that I already have is 172.26.208.1-172.26.208.254

They should be part of that boundary

Yes. Overlapping boundaries are allowed for content location.

I created a new boundary called "Test-Boundary" with the IP range of 172.26.208.124-172.26.208.137

Created a new boundary group called "Test-Group" and assigned the boundary to the group.

I think linked it with a DP that is on the same subnet, although outside the IP range above

The 5 computers are still showing as waiting for content

Do those computers think they're on a slow link?  Can they ping the distribution point?  Check their upstream and downstream speeds.  Are they waiting on a previous advertisement?
WolfAuthor Commented:
This seems to have been a problem with the client on the computers.  I updated SCCM to SP1, updated the clients, and the package has downloaded/installed

Thanks for the help
