Site to Site Cisco VPN with 2 ASA 5505 units. Moving one of the offices.

Hello dear experts!
One of my customers has an East Coast office, and and a West Coast Office. I am at the East Coast office.
We use two Cisco ASA 5505 Firewalls to VPN our networks together. Each network has a domain controller, and both offices are in the same domain.
The challenge:  The West Coast office is moving from one building to another, with a new ISP. I have been tasked with generating step by step documentation so that the business owner in the West Coast can change the settings of the ASA units at both ends. I looked into doing this through ASDM 6.4, but I see that it seems that you cannot simply edit the peer IP address and connection name.
Of course, I also need to show how to change the external IP address for the new locations static IP, but that is straightforward in ASDM (Launch ASDM->Configuration-> Interfaces->Outside->Edit->Change External IP to the new one, please correct me if I am wrong). My question is: 1) Can you use ASDM to change Site-to-Site IP adress VPN settings, without having to delete the entire VPN? I am attaching a file so you can see how the Peer IP Address and connection name fields are not editable, as far as I could tell.
