Web Form Multiviews based on dropdown lists. Like fedex rate tool.

I am designing a form similar to the FedEx rate tool at  https://www.fedex.com/ratefinder/home?source=gh&cc=ca&language=en

I have 2 drop down lists, one for OriginCountry and another for DestinationCountry, as well as Zip / Postal code field, and city field which should only show for certain selected countires.

I was cosidering using a multiview so that when I selected an OriginCountry different fields would show.  Some countries I need to
show a City field as well, but for other countries just the postal / zip code field.

The problem is when I select a DestinationCountry I would need another view again but that view would have to show the correct fields depending on the OriginCountry selected.

Are multiviews the best way to control which fields show depending on the dropdown list choices?

The FedEx rate tool  url changes from standalone?method=originCountryChange to standalone?method=destinationCountryChange . Are multiviews being used there or is there a different solution?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It looks like there is a post-back, with a query string argument.

<form name="standAloneActionForm" method="post" action="/ratefinder/standalone">

The rewards site for FedEx is Angular, but this site is mostly plain ol' JavaScript and JQuery.
