automatic ssh key authentication

To setup ssh on two server without input password such that

ServerC (client )  --> ServerA (File)

What package should I need to install on ServerC and ServerA ? Do I need to install open-ssh-server, openssh-clients, and openssh on both server.

Any step by step guideline to show me what I need to prepare on these two servers ? Tks.

You need to set up openssh server on the machine you want to login to.

once you can login via password you can setup passwordless logins like this:

1. create keys on client.

ssh-keygen -t rsa
2. then copy key to server
ssh-copy-id user@remote

thats all.

afterwards you can login from your current user to user@remote without the need of entering a password.

For connection from ServerC (client )  --> ServerA (File), I only need to install the following package, correct ?
- C: yum install openssh-clients,  A: yum install open-ssh-server

For step 1-  create keys on client, it issue on ServerC ,correct ?

For step 2. then copy key to server " ssh-copy-id user@remote"
does it issue on ServerC : ssh-copy-id user@ServerA ? correct ? ServerA don't need to create with that user, correct ?

all correct. key creation on system c and copy to system a using the ssh-copy-id command. on system a only a ssh-server needs to be running and of course the user you are trying to connect to needs to exist.
