We are having issues with sending emails from a all in one printer specifically scan to email. We have made some changes to our MX record, smart host and spam filter since making those one of our Dept's cant scan to email to themselves there email server is outside our network, we do have a internal exchange server that the printer bounces emails off. I can scan to email to any other domain except there's. I dont get an error on the printer the email doesn't end up in there spam or junk folders it just seems to disappear. I would like to see what happens to in when it bounces off our exchange server but I cant seem to find the data Im looking for.
