Website Visitor Tracking via IIS

We host our own website at my work, and I would like to track visitors via IIS, as opposed to running a script like Google Analytics or something that people often block. I only want to see basic stuff like unique visitors, most popular pages, and so on.

Any recommendations for this? We are running IIS 7 on Windows Server 2008 R2.

As well as using logfile analysis as suggested earlier, you could also look at embedding your own analytics using PIWIK, the Open Source equivalent to Google Analytics.

I forgot to add - I would prefer something that is free.

I'll check out these suggestions.
Ended up going with AWStats and am pleased with the results. It took a little work to set it up but I like the detail. Thanks for the suggestion!
