Script to change local Group Policy

I have about twenty five computer that are not on a domain but are on the same workgroup. I need to change to local group policy on all the machines to lock deny removable storage all policy. So i need a script i can run in the background that will login to gpedit.msc with admin rights, change the polices with out me being there and with kicking the user off the machine.

This can be set via registry. Name the exact policy and setting, please.

The registry key is  HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\RemovableStorageDevices\{53f5630d-b6bf-11d0-94f2-00a0c91efb8b} Deny_Execute is the key and value for the top one. I suggest you look up the rest in the GPO reference excel sheet:
