Creating different display types on different sessions of the same PC

Hi Everyone,
Here is the problem.
I would like to have different display types (extend desktop, duplicate desktop, etc) on the same PC.
Windows won't let me, when i create a scheme it gives it to all profiles on that particular machine.
How can i have different profiles with different display types always running.
the reason for this:
I have a pc on shop floor that supervisors use for there stuff .
There is a 22 in monitor connected to the pC and a 50 in tv monitor.
i would like to have a session always running  a powerpoint on the 50 in and at the same time a different user connected (user switching) to the 22 in.
is this possible?

One easy solution is to simply dedicate a PC to the supervisors and another to the display TV. Aside from that, have you tried any of the free tools or utilities designed to help with dual monitor issues? One example is discussed at where multiple display configurations can be switched via hot-key. You might be able to make that work.

@Miguel Monteiro: he wants the powerpoint to continue if they switch users so it has to be running in its own session that has a display.

I had no choice but to add another PC.
But added a thin client with RDS connection so takes less space.
