Need a good bandwidth/network monitor

Hey guys,
Can anyone recommend any software that i can install on our network to monitor the bandwidth. I need something that will tell me (by internal IP address) the traffic going out. I remember the old sonicwalls used to be able to do this. I can also do this in the meraki wireless APs. I basically need something that will show internal IP Address...and the bandwidth used and where it is going.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
