blue screen appears while shutting down the pc

Hi I have a Hp pc dual core AMD operation (tm) processor 2218 2.60Ghz ( 2 procesors ) , 8GB 64 bit  windows 7 . while shutting down the pc I get a blue screen . although once pc starts it works fine .
please advice

If so, have you installed any software or updates just before it started happening?

Get the minidump file and upload it here. You can find one in C:\Windows\minidums.
Also, download WhoCrashed from and run it. It will give you a report about what may have caused the crash.

Are all drivers up to date?
062615 dmp says :  Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys
so update the video driver (NVIDIA), or have the video card replaced

Have you replaced the video card or did you update the driver? Note, I was asking you if the drivers are up-to-date.
