The message is:

41536   /var/lib/mysql
Number is kilobytes taken by your database.
Does it mean that this is the capacity for my databaces and i cann't upload a db more than this?
At this time i have sent a db around 2mb.
Q When i upload a db to server wher can i see the file of db ,and how can check the size of that db?
A du -sk ~mysql

The rest about "defining space" does not apply for mysql
So .i can upload my another db which is around 300mb without any setting ?
You can load them until rented disk grows full.
