Creating MX record on Cpanel to point to On-premises Exchange 2010

Hello, Please I need help.
We just deployed on-premises Exchange 2010 in our Organization. Before now,our mail services and web hosting were been outsourced.
the Issue now is I would love to remove the mails entirely from the cpanel, such that if there is any change made on the web host (ie moving of web to another host) will not affect our mails)
Presently, due to the moving of our website to another Host, we are unable to send and receive to some domain (eg yahoo.com).
What I need help with are:
1.What/ How to configure my mails to point to my On-premises exchange Server from Cpanel.
2. Remove my mail from web cpanel, so that anytime the web is moved from one host to another, it will not affect my mails.
3. block spams and
4. how to solve the problem of been unable to send or receive mail from some yahoo.com users.( I have tried to remove my IP from SBL-spamhuas)

Thank you as I await your swift reply.

Ans: Create the new MX records pointing to On premises Exchange server with High Priority and change the priority of old mx records until the MX recrods propagetes properly.

 2. Remove my mail from web cpanel, so that anytime the web is moved from one host to another, it will not affect my mails.

Ans: Can you please little bit more elaborate this query?

 3. block spams and

Ans: You will need to user antispam slotuions to prevent the spam. Or you can use Symantec/ Postini/ Exchange Online protect cloud solution for Incoming and ouging emails.
 4. how to solve the problem of been unable to send or receive mail from some yahoo.com users.( I have tried to remove my IP from SBL-spamhuas)

Ans: Its very hard to remove the IP once blacklisted. You will need to wait for sometime to get the IP whitelisted. Or else you can use the new IP address. Also contact your ISP provider who gave you the public IP.

You need to create an A record for email server in the hosting control panel - for example mail.example.com pointing to your public IP address.
Then speak to your ISP (who provides the internet connection) and ask them to set a PTR (aka reverse DNS record) of mail.example.com on to your external IP address. If they tell you that is done by your web host, ask to speak to someone who understands how the internet works.

Then you can change the MX record to point to your new A record. The other MX records can be deleted.
Email will then flow straight in to your server. It doesn't matter what the web host does (other than deleting your DNS records) the email will flow.

As for blacklisting, it depends on the reason why. If it is lack of PTR, then the step above will correct that.

As for blocking spam. There is no single easy solution for that. If there was, spam wouldn't be the problem it is, and we would all be blocking it.
You basically have to try all of the various solutions (software, hardware and services) to find the one that works for your company. It will be different for everyone.
When it comes to evaluating spam solutions, it isn't what it lets through that it is important, but what it blocks that it shouldn't do. Technically a product that blocks all of your email is a successful spam fighting product because no spam gets through. It has done the job. However because it is also blocking legitimate email, it is also a failure. Therefore evaluating the products is the only thing that you can do. Do not buy on reputation alone. I have seen every product work well, and every product fail completely.

Simon.

Thank you all. The issue has been resolved.

The problem was that, we did not purchase enough  mailscan for the mailboxes. So, we've bought the enough mailscan now and everything is working perfectly.

Thanks to you all for your assistance.
