Crystal Report - A Subscript must be between 1 and the size of array

I'm getting an error message of a subscript must be between 1 and the size of array.
After some research I believe it's the last line that is causing an issue.
Below is the code that I'm using and error is being recognized at the last line.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

WHat value does "i" have initially?

Is "i" used elsewhere in the report?

Variables in Crystal are GLOBAL unless you specify LOCAL in the declaration.  If you are using i  in another formula it is changing the value.  IN this case you need i to retain its values between calls to the formula.  Maybe change it to ArraySize

mlmcc already asked about i.  Likewise, is ct used anywhere else in the report?

There is no need for solution as I re-wrote Store Procedure to capture mutli value parameters into a string in SQL and place it on the report.  I'm all set.
