We have several users and it is not always the same users, but once a week or so, their Outlook will not open. We have to run the Microsoft FixIt utility to resolve the issue then perform a reinstall of Outlook. There is not a consistent factor at hand that we can determine the root cause. PCs, can be powered off then turned on and it happens, put in sleep mode then wakes and it happens. It is just an odd occurance and we cnanot seem to know why.<br />
