Microsoft Outlook randomly freezes, requires Microsoft FixIt tool to resolve.

We have several users and it is not always the same users, but once a week or so, their Outlook will not open. We have to run the Microsoft FixIt utility to resolve the issue then perform a reinstall of Outlook. There is not a consistent factor at hand that we can determine the root cause. PCs, can be powered off then turned on and it happens, put in sleep mode then wakes and it happens. It is just an odd occurance and we cnanot seem to know why.

Looking for any assistance which will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
