Video (non-youtube) downloader?
Hi,
I belong to some coaching programs that have videos that I'd like to download. I don't know whether they are streaming or what, but I need a program to capture the streaming videos from my sites. I'm also wanting to capture videos from edX (I'm aware of the download button).
I don't know what format the video is in and but I think it's mp4. I thought I was getting somewhere with DownloadHelper on Firefox, but it just died and didn't say why.
I'm willing to pay for a robust and well featured program. I've searched this site, but reviews are old and seem geared towards YouTube (I'm not) and the comparison sites (like: http://video-downloader-software-review.toptenreviews.com/) are not trustworthy to me even though they seem helpful.
Suggestions?
Thanks!
