Is there a way to get the USER_ID from GOOGLE ANALYTICS to store in my DATA WAREHOUSE?

Experts,

I'm working on developing a Data Warehouse that will utilize data from the GOOGEL ANALYTICS web application.

I'm finding it difficult to say the least to move the data into a Data Warehouse mainly due to the absence of an UNIQUE PRIMARY KEY for the USER...or VISITOR.

Can someone tell me if there is a USER_ID  or VISITOR_ID that is available in GOOGLE ANALYTICS that can be exported out so as to be used within a data warehouse?

From the looks of it, you will need to give them your own user id

First enable the User ID in your account, then implement it in your code.
This feature is only available for properties using Universal Analytics. Learn how to set up Universal Analytics or upgrade from Classic Analytics to Universal Analytics.
To set up the User ID feature, you must first enable it in your Google Analytics account and then implement it in your tracking code. You also have to create a User ID view to analyze User ID data in your Google Analytics reports. Learn more about the User ID and read the about the User ID limits before implementing this feature.

Follow the User ID setup flow in your Google Analytics account to enable this feature and create a new User ID view.
