Vplex Witness Redundancy

I am not into Storage technology, but if I understand Vplex cluster uses Vplex witness which can be an appliance or just regular windows server, that will tell the Vplex cluster which Vplex Site node is Down, so that the Storage Vmotion will start on the other site.
However it seems to me that Vplex Witness should have connection to both Sites in order to witness and report back the issue.
So what if Vplex Witness goes down and one of the Sites goes down too at the same time ?

Any clarification ?

Thank you

then your cluster is broken and the results are unpredictable. Actually it depends upon whether the site is the preferred site or not.. if non preferred site, nothing happens, if preferred site then the non-preferred goes into suspend status.
This white paper is easy to understand.

I did not see on the document whether there is a way to  configure another witness as fault tolerant
