use advanced search and make sure sent is on of the selected items.  When you send emails, does a copy gets saved in the sent?
GordonLiqAuthor Commented:
yes , but I only want to see them in people pane ,

I know how to search them but that is more steps and inconvenience. just like I said for sent items box.
arnoldCommented:
Not really sure, but look at the filter rule you use in the people pane, and make sure that filter applies to tge sent box as well.

arnoldCommented:
I do not understand the source of that image.

You want to looking at your contacts, select one and see all the mails sent by that person and to that person, correct?
GordonLiqAuthor Commented:
yes , and I can see all mail sent by that person now ,
but can not see any mail sent to that person.
arnoldCommented:
See if the below helps,  will look at the people search filter and will provide additional info.

In short you need to adjust the filtering rule in the people view used to include sent.
GordonLiqAuthor Commented:
there is not "View" menu in pepple pane, please check my image
arnoldCommented:
Can you double check the image you posted to make sure it is what you intended to post?
GordonLiqAuthor Commented:
arnoldCommented:
That option is not modifiable and is returning what it says email received from this contact.
GordonLiqAuthor Commented:
so you are saying there is no way to show emails sent to that guy in this pane?
arnoldCommented:
Yes,  That feature is preset.  Tried to see whether the view can be modified which is the only way to add a filter that will include a search that includes either the entire repository or inbox/sent items. Was not able to get to a point where the view can be modified in the outlined way.
