How can I make sure every picture I take will be automatically backed up to an online cloud just like apple has iCloud.

free is better or Samsung has it's own cloud?

Also if I have tablet and phone it will synced the pictures between them.

No need to worry If you are running android on Samsung galaxy you will be see the new app Photos on your android device open it

1.

Open the Google Photos app .

2.

At the top left, touch the menu icon .

3.

Select Settings.

4.

Touch Back up & sync.

4.

Switch on or off.

5.

Keep in mind that changing backup settings will affect all apps that use back up & sync, such as Google Drive.
Your all media Photos pictures will be easily sync on Google drive without any extra effort and you know already if you are using free Google account still have 15GB free space its lots of you.
