Compound IF statement in Excel

I have the following formula in C13:

=IF(O13<>""," "&AA14&"'s Name: ","Please enter the Name of the Member/Owner/Partner/Shareholder ▬▬►  ")

I want to expand the formula to, IF O13<>"" and AA14 <>""
IF BOTH ARE TRUE, " "&AA14&"'s Name: "
IF TRUE AND FALSE, "Member/Owner/Partner/Shareholder Name: "
IF FALSE AND TRUE, "Please enter the "&AA14&" Name ▬▬►  "
IF FALSE AND FALES, ""Please enter Member's, Owner's, Partner's or Shareholder's Name ▬▬►  "

The spreadsheet is huge, so I have attached a small, but functioning applicable portion.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
