"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Delete the empty database in sql server 2008 which you just have created.
Right click on Database in sql 2012 >generate script
here you can select entire database and objects or specific objects.
clieck on Advance button and set the option as showing in image.
Save the .SQL script file and run this file into SQL server 2008.

You can create a snapshot replication from MSSQL 2012 database to the MSSQL 2008R2 instance.
After that you can remove the Replication.
