Unable to login to Mailchimp with 2 Factor authentication using Android Google Authenticator

Hi Experts,

I have been logging in to Mailchimp with 2 Factor authentication using Android Google Authenticator successfully until today.

Now none of the verification codes generated by Authenticator work with Mailchimp. I get this message:

Whoa, slow down. We just can't keep up!
Google Authenticator Passcode Required

I think Authenticator is only generating verification codes for my Google Account, as the screen below the code shows my Gmail address.

Regards,
Leigh

Hi Jackie Man,

I probably did so, as I said in my post, it was working yesterday,
We have not changed time or timezone since then.

I have made sure the Google Authenticator | Settings | Time correction for codes | Sync now:  responds with "Time already correct".

I would advise you to shift from Mailchimp
I also have 2 factor authentication enabled. I am now locked out of my account there is no way to contact live support without logging in. These idiots at mailchip never thought that this could be an issue. That if someone is locked out of their account because  of issues with 2 factor authentication atleast they should be able to login into support. They should have disabled the 2 factor for the support page. Then a person can verify their details on chat and the 2FA can be disabled live.
I have chosen text message.
Mailchimp is not sending me text messages since 3 days!.
Sometimes it does take a few minutes so I waited. I have recieved text message including several sms from other services for authentication.
The worst part there is no option to change the method to google authenticator
Otherwise I could have done that.
I switched to sms because the last time I changed my phone I was not able to login.
Just like you.
If you disable 2FA then we have to pay 10% more.
