Adding an additional array using Dell Openmanage

I have a Dell PowerEdge Server T610 with a PERC 6/I Raid controller. It currently has 3 disks configured as RAID 5.

I need to add more space so want to add an additional array using 2 c 600Gb disks as RAID1.

Can I do this using Dell Openmanage or do I have to do it within the controller BIOS.

The new disks have been installed and can be seen within the Open Manager software. But I cant select to create an array.

The reason for wanting to do this using software is that I am not on-site all the time and wanted to run it remotely overnight.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can do this live in OMSA or you can reboot to the controller BIOS and do it there.

If you can't do it in OMSA ... go to the Physical Disks screen ... do they show as Ready or Foreign? If Foreign, it must first be Cleared (Storage, PERC, Information/Configuration, Foreign/Clear).

I found it in the open manage software, well hidden and the disks are all configured as mirrored and data is being copied as we speak.
