Looking for step by step instruction on how to find files Within a Date Range in particular folder on Windows 2012 r2 file server, or tested & recommended software on the market that will do this job.

Could you not just use the windows search function and sort by date modified or another attribute in the columns section?

Need a solution to find a file/files, within tens of thousands, that was/were created/modified on particular date in the past ... 10 years.
Maybe robocopy can help, it does not just use copying function anymore.
